Joint targeted area inspection of the multi-agency response to domestic abuse in Durham

Ofsted recently published a report with findings from a joint inspection of multi-agency arrangements for responding to domestic abuse Durham. The inspection was undertaken by HMICFRS, Ofsted, the Care Quality Commission and HMI Probation.

It included a ‘deep dive’ focus on the multi-agency response to children living with domestic abuse.

The letter outlines our findings about the effectiveness of partnership working and of the work of individual agencies in Durham.
