Socitm is delighted to announce today that Aidan Matthews has taken up his appointment of Learning Programme Manager and Coach.

Aidan, who joins from its partner QA Ltd, is a familiar face to members as he has helped develop, manage and host many of Socitm’s Leadership Academy programmes over the past few years.

His immediate focus will be supporting Socitm grow the scope of our learning and development capability – creating and delivering new learning opportunities for more public service members and their organisations than ever before. He will also be help create a more holistic and versatile set of comprehensive tools that will support the unique needs of our sector.

Aidan said: “I am so pleased to be part of the Leadership development team within Socitm. The programmes being delivered via the Leadership academy are transformational for its attendees and the oppportunity to be part of its expansion, and shape its development is such an exciting one. I have only had positive feedback about the programmes and the targeted work that Socitm does in this area, so I’m really keen to continue to make a difference”.
