Managed service for employee benefit schemes

Our framework agreement for the provision of employee benefit schemes (NPS-PS-0095-19) is now live and available for the Welsh public sector to use.

The framework includes provision of the following employee benefit schemes:

  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Car scheme
  • Home technology scheme
  • Financial wellbeing scheme
  • Health and wellbeing schemes
  • Childcare voucher scheme
  • Retail and leisure discounts
  • Reward and recognition solutions
  • Online benefits platform

Customers can call-off services from the single managed service provider appointed to the framework. No further competition is required.

Customers are advised to check the Sell2Wales Contracts Register to ensure they have the latest version of the customer guidance (login required): Select Buyer > Help and Resources > Contracts, Frameworks and Guidance
