Mark Lumley announced as new Socitm Vice President

The votes are counted and Socitm Ltd is delighted to announce that Mark Lumley will join its Presidential team.

Mark, Director of ICT & Digital at London Borough of Hounslow, was officially confirmed as the newest Vice President following Socitm’s AGM on Tuesday, June 9.

He joins incoming president Sam Smith, VPs Alison Hughes and Huw McKee.

Mark yesterday said:

“I’m delighted to be Socitm’s new VP and support Sam in her role as president. It is an incredibly challenging time for everyone working in the public sector right now. However, we’re seeing the very best of the sector right now, as colleagues go above and beyond to ensure vital services continue and the most vulnerable are protected. It is a really exciting time to become VP, as Socitm is at the centre of driving innovation and excellence to support authorities as they move beyond Covid-19”.
