Media buying framework update
National Procurement Service framework updates.
As a result of a significant increase in spend through our media buying framework over the past year, we have exceeded the estimated value of the framework stated in the OJEU notice. To remain compliant with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, we need to retender the framework agreement.
The contract notice is available here. We have met the only provider on the framework, Golley Slater to discuss plans to retender the agreement early.
If you would like to be involved in the evaluation of the tenders, please contact the team by emailing: NPSCorporateServices@gov.wales
