Money Talk Team Service: reports

Quarterly and annual reports for the Money Talk Team Service which aims to ensure that low-income families and older people are receiving all the benefits they are entitled to and are not paying more than they need to for basic services.

The Money Talk Team service aims to ensure that low-income families and older people are receiving all the benefits they are entitled to and are not paying more than they need to for basic services, like utilities. The service is delivered by Citizens Advice Network in Scotland and can be accessed either face-to-face in a local Citizens Advice Bureau or by calling the Freephone helpline number 0800 085 7145.

We have invested £3.3 million in the service over two years (2018 to 2020).
