Mystery Shopper needs your feedback

Whether you're a supplier or a buyer we would like to hear from you - we need your feedback to help improve the service.

Have you ever asked the Mystery Shopper service for help with a procurement or been contacted by them to help resolve an issue?

It will take just a few minutes of your time to complete the survey and this small ask could have a big impact on how Mystery Shopper develops!

For a quick reminder, Mystery Shopper was set up in 2011 and sits within the Crown Commercial Service. It allows suppliers with a concern about public sector procurement to have their issue investigated (provided no legal action is taking place) and complainants can remain anonymous whilst the service looks into the problem and works with contracting authorities to reach a resolution.
