NEPO supplier scoops North East Business Award

NEPO was delighted to see SME supplier, Bloom Procurement Services, scoop the ‘Let’s Grow’ award at the recent Northumberland & Tyneside North East Business Awards.

Following a competitive tender process in 2015, NEPO appointed Bloom to deliver NEPRO as single supplier for a period of four years. Since then, NEPRO has grown from strength to strength, offering the public sector a compliant, speedy route to appointing specialist professional services.

Having more than doubled their head count from 30 employees to over 65 in the past year, Bloom are planning further expansion with staff numbers set to grow in the coming months.

David Shields, CEO, Bloom Procurement Services, said: “The growth we are seeing is testament to the success of the NEPRO framework and the dedication of the Bloom team. The unique way of procuring services enables both buyers and suppliers to be part of an ever-growing community, benefiting from collaborative ways of working.”
