NEPO507 Travel Management Service awarded to Click Travel

Following a compliant procurement process, NEPO has appointed Click Travel to deliver its travel management solution.

NEPO507 Travel Management Service is available for use by the entire UK public sector and boasts a range of benefits to contracting authorities. In addition to rail, flight and hotel bookings, NEPO507 provides users with access to Click Care, a risk management package that helps employees travel safely during COVID-19. In addition, a traveller education programme is available at no extra cost, which includes 200 training resources and communications.

Steven Sinclair, Commercial & Procurement Director at NEPO, said: "We are pleased to have appointed Click Travel as the sole supplier to our Travel Management Service solution. The solution allows UK public sector organisations to access Click Travel's award-winning travel booking system which gives individual users the freedom to book their own travel in accordance with their organisation's travel policies. NEPO has worked with Click since the previous iteration of NEPO507 commenced in 2012 and we look forward to continuing and strengthening this successful relationship."

The Click Travel booking platform already offers public sector organisations the ability to book online for rail, flight and hotel bookings without hidden fees or extra costs. The award-winning user experience combines 24/7 UK based support with innovative features such as AI Travel Assistant, on-demand real-time reporting and access to communications to encourage users to take more sustainable routes of taxi.

"We are delighted to be appointed by NEPO once again, with the opportunity to extend the contract for a further two years in 2024." says Click Travel's CEO, Jill Palmer. "Our aim has always been to make booking travel as smooth as possible for our customers, with the ability to book, manage and control travel all in one place on our platform."

NEPO507 is available for use by all UK public sector organisations, including charities and education establishments, and will continue to cover the provision of a travel management service for the booking of rail and air travel as well as hotel accommodation and ancillary services.
