OE: The Brexit White Paper offers a compromise approach for negotiations, but seems to have little support in Parliament

The government's Brexit White Paper presents a compromise plan that could move negotiations forward. However, the proposal has faced a very rough landing domestically.

Open Europe has published its response to the government’s proposal, arguing that while it may not be an ideal plan – and goes further than the plan Open Europe put forward – it offers a compromise approach for negotiations.
