OE: What next for Brexit?

As the UK’s participation in the European elections is confirmed, Open Europe’s David Shiels looks at the timescale for ratifying the Withdrawal Agreement and identifies the possible flashpoints ahead. 

Despite Downing Street’s suggestion that the local election results gave “added impetus” to the need for a deal, the prospect of a rapid resolution to the Brexit impasse remains unlikely.
