Ofgem publishes latest annual reports on energy network price controls
Ofgem has published the 2016/2017 annual reports on the energy network companies’ price controls.
The reports set out the performance of the companies across the four price controls which Ofgem sets for gas distribution, electricity distribution, gas transmission and electricity transmission.
Ofgem’s price controls protect customers by setting the revenue allowances that monopoly network companies can earn, using the revenue=incentives+innovation+outputs (RIIO) approach.
The four annual reports are found on our Network performance under RIIO page.
