Procedure and Privileges Committee publishes Second Report

This report sets out proposals the procedures which from the Committee proposes the House of Lords follows over the sitting times for in Grand Committees, streamlining the process for timetabling of Thursday debates, and legislative consent motions for Lords Private Members’ Bills.

The report is expected to will be debated by the House on its return in Monday 6 September.
