Procedure and Privileges Committee publishes report on consideration of Commons amendments in the hybrid House

The Procedure and Privileges Committee met on 6 October and agreed to recommend hybrid House procedures to allow consideration of Commons amendments (“ping pong”) to take place and to do so at a sensible pace. The Senior Deputy Speaker will move the motion to agree this report on Monday 12 October in the hybrid House.
