Safer Internet Day is celebrated each year to promote the safe and positive use of digital technology for children and young people.
Create, Connect and Share Respect | A better internet starts with you
Safer Internet Day 2018 will be celebrated globally on Tuesday 06 February 2018 with the slogan “Create, Connect and Share Respect: A better internet starts with you”.
Safer Internet Day is celebrated globally in February each year to promote the safe and positive use of digital technology for children and young people and inspire a national conversation.
Coordinated in the UK by the UK Safer Internet Centre the celebration sees hundreds of organisations get involved to help promote the safe, responsible and positive use of digital technology for children and young people.
Here at techUK we will be featuring the wide-ranging work of our members who are championing child online safety. This will be done through a series of guest blogs and features.
