Seeking panel members and assessors for the Teaching Excellence Framework
HEFCE wishes to appoint high-calibre individuals to work as panellists and assessors for the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF).
These roles will form the TEF subject pilot panels and supplement the TEF Year Three panel.
Roles are available for:
- pilot subject panel chairs
- pilot subject panel deputy chairs
- panel members and assessors
Applications are sought from academics, student representatives, employer representatives, professional, statutory and regulatory body (PSRB) representatives, widening participation experts and employment experts.
For the TEF subject pilot roles, HEFCE welcomes candidates from all types of higher education provider. A small number of TEF Year Three roles are available for applicants with experience of higher education in further education colleges or alternative providers.
Approximately 100 part-time roles are available; fees payable vary depending on the role.
The deadline for applications is noon on Friday 6 October.
