Statement on behalf of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT about the incoming cabinet
BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, congratulates the new cabinet. Right now, resolving the current Brexit impasse is everyone's priority, but we also need to think beyond Brexit.
We look forward to working alongside the government to ensure that after Brexit, the UK thrives. This will require a highly digitally skilled workforce with innovation embedded throughout the economy.
In addition, there is a need for a digitally supercharged public service, plus a government meaningfully engaged with its tech savvy citizens.
