The sponsor role and sponsorship - the way forward webinar

Research has shown that a key factor in project and programme success is effective sponsorship. The Sponsoring Change, 2nd edition guide was updated in 2018 as an APM Governance SIG publication. A recent survey by the SIG shows that the sponsor role is evolving but still immature, with a diversity of opinion about the its role and the activities.

This webinar presented on Wednesday 22 April 2020 explained the requirement for the role and its evolution, the key features and competence of a sponsor and the resource available to support better sponsorship.
