This month, Justice & Emergency Services Programme Manager, Jessica Russell sits down to discuss how public service organisations can make the most of technology tools with:

  • Georgina Maratheftis, Head of Local Government Programme at techUK
  • May-N Leow, Head of Digital Delivery at Southwark Council
  • Mark Goossens, Chair of the techUK Interoperability for Policing Initiative, and IBM Client Executive

The discussions follow the success of techUK's campaign week, #Placebasedinnovation, and the recent launch of the Collaboration for public safety outcomes report, all of which look at the role that tech can play in enabling improved service delivery, but highlight the importance of an organisation's culture, leadership, processes and procedures.

Technology alone cannot be a silver bullet, it will only truly reach its potential if the organisation works to support it.

Have a listen to the insights provided by our guests, and learn about techUK's Interoperability for Policing Initiative.

We hope you enjoy the podcast, do get in touch if you have any contributions.
