To be productive, employees need to collaborate. When you have a place to create and make decisions as a team, there’s no limit to what you can achieve. Microsoft Teams brings everything together in a shared workspace where you can chat, meet, share files, and work with business apps to meet the requirements of a connected, mobile and agile workforce.

This workshop is aimed at ICT decision makers, architects, collaboration and business change leads in local and regional government. It will help inform your collaboration strategy and technical journey to Microsoft Teams; including the latest capabilities for collaboration, voice, meetings and migrations.

They will also cover strategies, tips and best practice for driving strategic, business outcome-led adoption with customer references, specific industry scenarios and how to get support from Microsoft on your journey.
