Youth Guarantee: No-one Left Behind - Initial Report

The Scottish Government is committed to supporting young people transition successfully into the labour market and recognise the challenges that they will face a result of the Covid crisis. This ambitious plan sets out our commitment to ensuring that no young person is left behind.

The initial report, written by Sandy Begbie CBE, sets out how recommendations and actions on how a youth guarantee can be taken forward. It outlines the challenges in the employment landscape for young people and what actions can be taken to address the potential impacts.
