We’re looking for a new Director of Social Change to drive our campaigning activities. Through their work they will establish Homeless Link as thought leaders within the homelessness sector and beyond and provide a powerful voice for people experiencing homelessness and the organisations working to support them.

Covid-19 has turned the world on its head.  In the last two months we’ve seen completely unprecedented changes to the nature of the national and local response to homelessness and a profound shift in how the issue itself is perceived and understood.

Although the future is still uncertain, when the dust begins to settle, we know that things cannot just return to the way they were.

At Homeless Link, we need to be ready to provide thought leadership and to speak up on behalf of the sector when the time is right. What this means is that there has never been a more significant opportunity to achieve real and lasting change for homeless people and the organisations working to support them.

And now more than ever, our members want us to be bolder and more outspoken about where change is needed.

That’s why we’re looking for a new Director of Social Change to drive our policy and campaigning activities in England, and to play a key role in our senior leadership team.

We are looking for an inspirational leader to provide a powerful voice for people experiencing homelessness and our sector.  If you have a strong track record and a passion for driving social change, we want to hear from you.
