Action Fraud warning over fraudulent website

We have been made aware of a fraudulent website using our name.

Members of the public who are searching for the official website (for example on search engines) may be directed to the following website: https://www.actionfraudsolicitors.co.uk/ 

Visitors to the site, which is purporting to be a legal firm, may then be asked to supply personal or financial information. This website is not legitimate, is in no way connected to Action Fraud and our Cyber Prevention and Disruptions team are working to get it shut down.  

Protect yourself:

• Under no circumstances will Action Fraud request for you to make a payment to report or use our services.
• If something feels wrong then it is usually right to question it. Websites may appear trustworthy, but it is important to verify through a trusted source.
