CBI: Pregnancy and maternity discrimination is totally unacceptable

We've responded to the launch of a new Government consultation which proposes greater protection from redundancy for pregnant women and new parents returning to work.

Josh Hardie, CBI Deputy Director-General said:

“Pregnancy and maternity discrimination is totally unacceptable. Providing the right environment for parents to return to work with confidence and develop their careers should be high on the list of employers’ priorities.”
