CBI response to the FRC & FCA stewardship consultations

The CBI has responded to the announcements that the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) will consult on the Stewardship Code and stewardship in the UK.

Matthew Fell, CBI Chief UK Policy Director, said:
