The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) are holding a free event on Game Theory and how it can apply to your commercial activities.

Come along and hear from Mark Roberts (Cabinet Office Director for Continuous Commercial Improvement) on ‘Game Theory’ and how it can apply to your commercial activities.

Game Theory is essentially the study of models of strategic interaction between two or more decision-makers and underpins many of modern day commercial relations and the way buyers and suppliers might behave during procurements, negotiations and contract management. It’s moved on a lot since the idea of ‘zero-sum’ games and Mark will use interactive examples and his successful track-record to demonstrate how it continues to influence many things in the commercial space, and how you can master it to your advantage.

This event is open to CIPS members and non-members.

A buffet will be provided.
