Caring Across Generations Twitter Q&A

The CQC will host a live Twitter Q&A this Tuesday, 18 October as part of our upcoming #CaringAcrossGenerations campaign.

The Q&A will be an opportunity for the public to ask our Chief Inspector of Adult Social Care,Andrea Sutcliffe, questions about choosing adult social care and how we inspect those services. It will take place from 4pm.

We will be covering some of the following topics:

• Why is it important for people to check CQC ratings and look at inspections reports when choosing care options?
• What standards of care should someone expect from a care home?
• In your experience, what makes care outstanding?
• Do you have any tips for people who are looking for care on behalf of themselves or a loved one?
