Chief Executive message: update on our services due to coronavirus (COVID-19)

Our services are largely unaffected by coronavirus (COVID-19). Our helpdesk is open as normal.  

Our people’s health and wellbeing will always be our top priority during this outbreak in Wales.  

If you are planning to file a paper return or pay by cheque, you may experience a small delay. If possible, please help us and consider filing or paying online. 

We encourage any taxpayers, businesses or individuals, who encounter financial difficulties resulting from COVID-19 to contact us as soon as possible if it is likely to affect your ability to pay tax on time.

In line with the recent reduction of 0.5% in the interest rate by the Bank of England, our interest rate has also been reduced by the same amount with an effective date of 17 March 2020.
