European Statutory Instruments Committee publishes third report

Following the Committee's meeting on Tuesday 13 July, its third report of Session 2021-22 has been published.
The Committee agreed that the negative procedure should apply to the following instruments:
- REACH etc. (Amendment) Regulations 2021
- Medical Devices (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2021
