Following the Committee's meeting on Tuesday 27 April, its twenty-fourth report of Session 2019-21 has been published.

The Committee agreed that the negative procedure should apply to the following instruments:

• The Crime (International Cooperation) Act 2003 (Freezing Order) (England and Wales and Northern Ireland) Regulations 2021
• The Aviation Safety (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2021
