A strategy for evaluating the policy impact of the social security benefits devolved to Scotland, using management data, existing survey indicators and commissioned work

This document sets out the approach to evaluating the policy impact of new devolved social security benefits, primarily those that are being introduced up to early 2020.

A combination of management data, existing survey data on high-level policy outcomes, such as employment and poverty, and commissioned research will provide insight into the effects of each devolved benefit.
