5 Jul 2021 10:52 AM

The Expression of Interest for Responding to the Resilience Risk 2 opens today and closes on 12th July.

Organisations working in the homelessness sector and based in London with a turnover not significantly over £2million can apply for £25,000 (inclusive) as part of the programme to build resilience amongst frontline workers. Eight frontline staff from each organisation must be available for three hours a week to attend group and one to one sessions with trained coaches from Guildhall Coaching Associates. All programme activity will be delivered online. The funding can be used for any activity with the goal of enabling staff time to be released for programme focus.

The aim of the programme is to foster resilience amongst frontline staff of a range of roles and seniority. The 22-week long programme will evidence the effectiveness of the Responding to the Resilience Risk 2 model in developing individual and group resilience.

An initial Expression of Interest opens today, please complete this by 12th July if you are interested in the programme. This asks for information regarding suitability to take part in the project, including organisational turnover, objectives and safeguarding. An informational webinar to find out more about the programme will be held online on July 8th from 2-3pm. More details and how to book can be found here.
