FRC confirms commitment to remit and agenda set out by Secretary of State

Letters exchanged between Greg Clark, Secretary of State for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy and Stephen Haddrill, CEO of the FRC, have been published. These letters follow the recommendation in Sir John Kingman’s Independent Review of the FRC that the Government should set out those aspects of economic policy that the regulator should have regard to when advancing its objectives and discharging its duties.
