Future Renting North: Three weeks ’till take off

It’s less than three weeks to go until our Future Renting North conference gets underway, and TODAY (Friday 6th April) is your last chance to get your early bird ticket.

The conference includes a fantastic line up of speakers, including an address from the Mayor of Greater Manchester, Andy Burnham, Future Renting North is your chance to hear all about the future of the private rented sector in the North.

Taking place at the Concorde Conference Centre, Merseyside Fire and Rescue service will also address delegates on fire safety.

Adam Hosker, a former BBC One Apprentice candidate will also be holding a fringe session.

This is your chance to also hear from the Property Ombudsman, Katrine Sporle. Katrine will be delivering the session; “Tenants, or consumers – changing attitudes to private renting”,  together with ARLA Propertymark Policy Officer, Tim Douglas.

There will also be an update on legislation due to come into force, from lawyer David Smith and Property Insight Analyst Kate Faulkner.
