GCS Campaign of the Month winner February 2020

Congratulations to the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) Internal Communication team, winners of the GCS Campaign of the Month for the ‘Valuing our Future’ campaign aimed to engage all staff members and encourage discussion around the future of the agency.

The internal communication team planned and delivered collaborative sessions where senior leaders talked to colleagues on the agency’s future direction and encouraged debate and discussion. As part of the sessions the communication team created videos, using colleagues working on key change projects to demonstrate how the agency is changing.

Evaluation of the campaign showed 85% of colleagues found the Valuing our Future sessions useful and judges commented that this was a ‘properly effective internal campaign’.
