We’re asking for evidence that can be considered in an independent review into Highly Protected Marine Areas (HPMAs). In particular, we want views and evidence on:

• what the aims, opportunities and challenges would be
• how sites could be selected
• how they could be managed and monitored
• past experiences of designating Marine Protected Areas
