Household Cavalry servicemen records available online

Today we are making the surviving records of service for over 12,000 servicemen from the Household Cavalry available online to view and download. These records span over 200 years, from 1799 to 1920. 

What the records include

The records contain details of servicemen who were part of the Household Cavalry (file series WO 400) during the Battle of Waterloo, the Boer War and the First World War.
