Market Consultation: NEPO529 Events Management & Infrastructure

NEPO is inviting suppliers to participate in market consultation activity, to help shape a new procurement solution for the UK public sector's event management requirements.

NEPO529 Events Management & Infrastructure will provide a full suite of events services and will be available for use by UK public sector organisations.

The market consultation activity includes:

• Market engagement sessions across weeks commencing Monday 19 April 2021 and Monday 26 April 2021. These sessions will be delivered virtually and provide an opportunity to discuss NEPO's proposed approach and offer feedback. Suppliers wishing to register attendance must do so in writing to Carly Ivers (carly.ivers@nepo.org) by no later than 17.00 on 16 April 2021.
• A soft market testing questionnaire. The questionnaire will allow a further opportunity for those suppliers unable to attend the above-mentioned market engagement sessions. NEPO intends to publish the soft marketing questionnaire via the NEPO Portal. Suppliers wishing to access the questionnaire must first register on the NEPO Portal (registration is free of charge).

It is anticipated that the solution will commence from January 2022. Please note these timescales are indicative and subject to change.
