Ministry of Defence Alerts Industry Partners to end of Brexit Transition Period

The Brexit Transition Period has ended and new rules now apply.

Please find below a letter from Andrew Forzani, Chief Commercial Officer at the MOD.

Dear Industry Partner,

I am writing to you as a Defence supplier following the end of the Transition Period, and the agreement of a deal between the UK and the European Union.

The deal means changes in the way that you do business, and I would urge you to look at the Explainer Document and supporting documents that have been published on GOV.UK.
