NHS Digital and techUK launch strategic partnership

Beverley Bryant and Julian David toast a ‘genuine programme of collaboration’.

NHS Digital and techUK launched a Strategic Partnership at E-health week earlier this month.

NHS Digital’s Director of Digital Transformation, Beverley Bryant and techUK’s Chief Executive, Julian David spoke at the busy drinks reception, where they were joined by guests from the NHS and supplier community.

Opening the event, Beverley Bryant stated that:

“The partnership with techUK will ensure that industry can begin to gear up for all the potential opportunities and inform NHS Digital’s strategy”.

Julian David added:

“Delivering the NHS’s Paperless 2020 agenda will be no mean feat. It is an ambitious programme with huge potential to transform the NHS, and with it the lives of everyone in the country. Delivering the agenda will require the true collaboration of many actors, and the UK tech sector is central to its success.”
