NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) has joined the judging panel for this year's Public Sector Paperless Awards.
Now in its third year, the Awards is designed to showcase some of the best examples of digital innovation, which deliver both efficiencies and better quality services across the NHS and wider public sector.
And with NHS SBS about to launch its new #HelloFuture campaign to further drive the digital transformation of the NHS back office, Director of Procurement, Phil Davies, joins a prestigious panel of judges, which also includes other health sector experts from NHS Improvement, NHS Digital and Health Education England.
Phil said: "I'm delighted to be invited to join the judging panel for the Paperless Awards 2019 and look forward to seeing some of the wide-ranging examples of digital innovation from across the public sector.
"It's important to celebrate and learn from the successes of different digital transformation programmes. The ethos of the Awards, meanwhile, is very much aligned to our own vision for modern day NHS corporate services, which improve efficiency and quality, save time and money, and ultimately support world-class patient care."
Supported by Cabinet Office Minister, Oliver Dowden and Mayor of Greater Manchester, Andy Burnham, the Paperless Awards culminates with a ceremony at Manchester Airport's Concorde Centre on 11 July 2019.
Winners will be announced across a range of categories, including 'Efficiency Savings Project of the Year' and 'Best Use of a Digital Solution'.
Entry is free and open until 5pm on the 28 February 2019. To find out more visit: www.paperlessawards.co.uk
