New tool for sentencers in the Crown Court

The Sentencing Council has published a simplified version of the SentencingACE tool.  

This tool is designed to assist sentencers in the Crown Court to note the relevant statutory provisions and sentencing guidelines when sentencing for an offence. 

It is accessible from the side panel when using any offence specific sentencing guideline in the Crown Court, and from the top navigation under ‘Guidelines and tools’.
