Pledge-o-meter live for National Apprenticeship Week 2015

Businesses are encouraged to share their pledge to take on apprentices using our online Pledge-o-meter.

National Apprenticeship Week runs from 9 to 13 March, and throughout the week we’ll be celebrating apprenticeships and the positive impact that they have on individuals, businesses and the economy.

As part of this celebration, businesses will be encouraged to share their pledges to take on apprentices using our online Pledge-o-meter.

Last year, we launched the Pledge-o-meter for the first time and through it, businesses pledged over 20,000 apprenticeships. Since then, the National Apprenticeship Service has been working hard with businesses to make these happen.

The objective of National Apprenticeship Week 2015 is to increase awareness and take-up of apprenticeships and traineeships and the overarching theme for National Apprenticeship Week 2015 is a challenge to us all to think about how much we really know about apprenticeships.
