Rent Smart Wales: Landlords urged to share their experiences

19 Nov 2019 02:48 PM

Rent Smart Wales is in the process of preparing for the first round of landlord licence renewals, due next year.

We are currently collecting landlord views on the administration, training, and support RSW offers landlords. We need to learn more from you about the positives and negatives RSW has had on your landlord business and the Private Rented Sector in Wales as a whole. The more landlords that answer this survey, the more RSW is compelled to listen to those whom it regulates.

Most enforcement action is taken against landlords who live outside of Wales, but rent property in Wales, than in any single local authority in Wales.

It is important landlords with properties in Wales – regardless of which side of the border they themselves live – complete this survey, as these are the people who will be directly affected.

We are always grateful for your time and effort in completing our surveys. The RLA undertakes research to develop an understanding of the issues you face as a landlord and our surveys ensure that we represent your interests as effectively as possible.
