River fun to float your boat

This year's Totally Thames festival is in full flow with a raft of activities bringing the river to life this month.
With more than 150 events including walks, exhibitions, film screenings and tours taking place, we've selected some of this weekend's highlights.
Comida fest
Both Saturday and Sunday, 11am to 6pm, at Bishops Park Event Circle SW6
This festival celebrates Latin American culture with dance, music, literature, performances and workshops making a fun day out for the whole family. Foodies can choose from more than 30 different stalls serving cuisine from Mexico to Chile, and children will be kept entertained with face painting, storytelling and games. Entry is free.
Thames Rockets 'Totally Thames Blast'
Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday in September, from 11am to 5pm, from St. Katharine's Pier.
See the sights along the Thames from a super-speedy Thames Rocket and learn all about the greatest river in the world. The shiny 'Rocket' speedboats travel at around 35mph. Tickets cost from £17.50 for a 15-minute ride.
Midnight Apothecary at the Brunel Museum
Every Friday and Saturday in September, from 5.30pm.
Well worth a visit is London's quirkiest cocktail bar on the roof gardens of The Brunel Museum. The bar has designed a 'Sweet Thames' cocktail in honour of the festival, as well as a range of original drinks infused with herbs and flowers from the museum's garden. Guests can relax toasting marshmallows around a fire pit before descending into the cavernous Brunel Tunnel for a guided tour. Tickets cost £5. Over 18s only.
Billingsgate Roman House and Baths
Every Saturday and Sunday in September, tours at 10.30am and midday.
Explore the hidden remains of a Roman house and baths, once the riverside residence of a wealthy Londoner. One of Roman London's most fascinating structures, the bathhouse was discovered in 1848 having survived 2,000 years of building, fires and bombings. Visitors can learn more on a 45-minute guided tour and see the remains which lie hidden beneath offices.
