Ruby set to wax lyrical at Expo 2016

Showbiz star Ruby Wax has joined the high profile list of speakers appearing at this year’s Health and Care Innovation Expo.

Comedienne Ruby, also known for her stage shows, tv documentaries and high profile celebrity interviews, will be appearing at Manchester Central on 7 and 8 September in her role as a mental health campaigner.

As well as having a hugely successful career with BBC television as an interviewer and comedian, Ruby has turned her attention to the study of psychotherapy and neuroscience, graduating from Oxford University in 2013 with a Master’s degree in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy.
