Find out more about techUK member Mace & Menter's work with the NHS in the South West.

techUK member Mace & Menter, a government service design specialist, is set to work with the NHS in the South West to support a drive to design services that are fit for the future.

They will start by running research and digital concepting work for the Bristol, North Somerset & South Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) to help improve the Local Offer website for parents and carers with children with special or additional needs and disabilities. The aim is to better understand their needs and design and improve services accordingly.

“Our research project will ultimately feed into a business case for development and improvements to the existing services across the South West region. The first phase will help increase communication, awareness and information available to parents and carers in North Somerset,” Sam Menter, Cofounder and Managing Director of Mace & Menter, said.
