The search is on for our next apprentices

Applications are now open for more than 140 apprenticeship places.
The new roles are in 13 different sectors across TfL ranging from HR and IT to finance and engineering.
Apprentices will work on our exciting plans to upgrade some of London's busiest roads as well as the modernisation and expansion of the Capital's transport network. They will be taught on the job by industry experts and gain a large range of skills and experience, which will be used to help keep the city moving.
There are three areas in which to apply:
- Rail and Underground - operational or engineering
- Surface Transport - highway technician, traf fic infrastructure or Dial-a-Ride vehicle maintenance
- Specialist Services - project management, project planning, information management, customer services, software engineering, product and marketing design or quantity surveying
Around 30m journeys are made on the network every day, and with the city's population set to rise from 8.6m today, to around 10m by 2030, it is vital that the public transport service can cope.
TfL and its suppliers have created more than 5,000 apprenticeship roles in the past five years. Many of the apprentices are based in London, but others are employed across the UK as a direct result of TfL contracts with other businesses.
Crossrail and its contractors pledged to offer 400 apprenticeships over the lifetime of the major construction project. This target has already been reached, three years early.
This year's National Apprenticeship Week takes place from 9-13 March.
Apprentices are offered free entry to London Transport Museum, Covent Garden, throughout the week.
