Trade and Industry consultation on repealing outdated laws opens.

The consultation is open to specialists and the general public.

The repeal proposals are in two groups

*Coal industry legislation starting just before the nationalisation of the coal industry in 1947

*More generally to trade and industry legislation

This consultation relates to hhe Law Commission Trade and Industry project
