Tussell launch tracker for HMG spend on COVID-19

Market analyst Tussell has published a web page summarising coronavirus contracts and spending, providing an insight into the government’s response to COVID-19.

The awards have been increasing since the government’s first response to COVID-19 in March 2020, with the current value of contracts awarded over the last 7 months standing at £12.2bn. According to Tussell’s analysis, most of the contracts have been through Central Government, making up 89% of the government’s overall spend.
